Hi! My name is Lorissa Ingvallsen, and I own and operate Island Breeze Bathworks.

We are located in a small beautiful little community on the ocean called Prince Rupert,

in British Columbia, Canada. 

 

Before I started this company I did a lot of baking and cake decorating while raising my children. I loved the reactions I would get from creating colorful and beautiful desserts. Then one night, my sister taught me to make my first batch of soap, and I loved it! After that, I researched and practiced constantly (still do), until this company was born :) I have a diploma in business and always knew I wanted to run my own company, so this was exactly what I was looking for. I now have the opportunity to make colorful creations and to make people smile.  Island Breeze Bathworks was born in April 2019 and started off with soap, but soon after it expanded into other product lines as well. You may even see some of my cake decorating skills in my soapy designs :) 

 

Since the beginning, we have been working hard to create quality, unique, and colorful products we think you will enjoy. When we see your reactions and hear your comments about our designs, it keeps us going and motivated. I love being able to be artistic and being able to pick each ingredient knowing they will benefit your skin in some way. We take pride in creating these natural and skin safe product lines for you and helping you to be able to enjoy these luxurious feeling products. Now years later, our product line includes artisan soap, different types of moisturizers, bath bombs and other bath and shower products, candles and wax melts! 

Our company focuses on making products that are beautiful and functional. Our knowledge and experience allow us to create quality products that you can trust. We like to focus on natural ingredients, skin loving oils and butters, essential oils, paraben and phthalate free fragrances, and we try to avoid using plastic packaging whenever possible. Whether you use our products yourself or give them away as gifts, we hope they help brighten your day.
